A.H. Jessup is an American writer. He has written essays, novels, patents, poems and pedestrian technical papers for over thirty years. He has worked as a sea-captain, a commercial diver, a hard-rock gold-miner, a teacher and a pastor, run work crews and seminars, and made pocket change by playing the blues.
This motley collection of experiences has left him with a spectrum of insights into the ordinary world, the hard edges of life, and the outer boundaries of human experience. He is occasionally known to demonstrate a wicked sense of humor.
He lives in North Carolina, in a sleepy but literary riverside town, with his beloved wife and son and Mudflanks McFuzzbutt, world's best dog.
